International Workshop - Terms and Conditions.

It is agreed that the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and that no variation or modification shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

1. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a place on an overseas photography tour.

1.1 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to the tour start date.

2. All cancellations must be made in writing by email to photography@marchumphrey.com.

2.1 The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2.2 If the participant cancels within 12 weeks of departure, the full tour cost is payable.

3. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all overseas photography tours and must include medical expenses, personal liability, cancellation, and curtailment.

4. The participant is responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and any required vaccinations or documentation.

5. Unless explicitly stated, international flights are not included in the tour price. Marc Humphrey Photography is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to flights or transport arranged independently by the participant.

6. The participant confirms that they are medically and physically fit to take part in the tour. Marc reserves the right to refuse participation where health or fitness poses a risk.

7. Marc Humphrey Photography acts as a photography guide and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

8. Marc reserves the right to amend itineraries due to local conditions, safety concerns, weather, or wildlife activity.

9. Marc Humphrey Photography accepts no liability for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from events beyond reasonable control.

10. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be issued on this basis.

11. Marc Humphrey Photography accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, illness, or death suffered during the tour. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

12. Participants agree to keep all locations confidential and not use them to promote or run their own workshops or tours.

13. Marc reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour negatively impacts wildlife or the running of the tour. No refunds will be given.

14. Payment of the deposit and/or balance constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
