Online Workshop - Terms and Conditions.

This agreement is made between the participant (hereafter referred to as "the Participant") and Wild Ethos Photography Tours Ltd (Company Number: 17092334), trading as Marc Humphrey Photography (hereafter referred to as "the Company"). It is agreed that the terms set out below constitute the entire agreement between the parties and that no variation or modification shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

1. Booking and Payment

The workshop must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Following a successful booking, the Participant will receive an email confirmation along with an invoice. Payment of the workshop fee constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If the Participant requests to cancel their place at least 28 days before the workshop date, they are entitled to a 50% refund. If the Participant cancels within 28 days of the workshop date, no refund will be given. All cancellations must be made in writing by email to photography@marchumphrey.com. In the event that the workshop must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or technical failure on the part of the Company, the Participant will be offered the opportunity to rebook or transfer to an alternative workshop of equal value.

3. Itinerary and Amendments

The Company reserves the right to make amendments to the workshop itinerary or scheduled instructor. Where amendments materially affect the Participant, they will be offered the option to accept the changes, transfer to an alternative workshop, or request a full refund.

4. Technical Requirements & Liability

The Participant acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring they have the required software (Adobe Lightroom, DxO PhotoLab or your photo editing software of choice, plus DxO PureRAW) and a stable internet connection. The Company accepts no responsibility for the failure of the Participant's hardware, software, or internet connection during the live session. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to digital data incurred during or as a result of the workshop.

5. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets

The Participant agrees that the Natural Edit Blueprint PDF and any other digital guides provided are for personal use only and must not be shared, sold, or distributed publicly. The 7-day recording access is provided for the Participant's private review; recording or distributing the session by the Participant is strictly prohibited. The Participant agrees not to use the workshop structure or content for the purpose of running or promoting their own commercial workshops or tours.

6. Wildlife Ethics & Participant Behaviour

The Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant's access to the workshop if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or if they advocate for practices that negatively impact wildlife. In such cases, no refund will be offered.

7. Software Giveaway

The DxO PureRAW licence giveaway will be conducted fairly via a random draw during the live session. The prize is as stated, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
