UK Photo Tour - Terms and Conditions.

It is agreed that the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and that no variation or modification shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

1. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a place on a photography tour.

1.1 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to the tour start date.

1.2 Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.

2. All cancellations must be made in writing by email to photography@marchumphrey.com.

2.1 The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2.2 If the participant cancels within 12 weeks of the tour start date, the full tour cost is payable and no refund will be issued.

3. Following booking, the participant will receive an email confirmation and invoice for payment.

4. Marc reserves the right to amend the tour itinerary where necessary. Where changes materially affect the participant, options will include accepting the changes, transferring to an alternative tour, or requesting a refund.

5. In the event that the tour must be cancelled by Marc due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a transfer or refund of monies paid.

6. The participant acknowledges that wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed and that flexibility is required.

7. Marc Humphrey Photography accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or additional expenses incurred.

8. Marc Humphrey Photography accepts no liability for death, injury, illness, or harm suffered during the tour.

9. Participants agree to keep all tour locations confidential.

10. Participants agree not to use locations for the promotion or running of their own workshops or tours.

11. Marc reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour negatively impacts wildlife. No refund will be offered.

12. Payment of the deposit and/or balance constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.s.
