I'm back at Padley Gorge for some more Pied Flycatcher action, but this time with the specific aim of nailing some in flight shots. I utilise the brilliant Pro Capture feature on my OM System OM-1. I've included a section on the settings I use for Pro Capture, but don't worry if you're not interested in that... there's hopefully plenty for all to enjoy.
