In this video I get extremely excited about photographing red grouse in simply stunning weather conditions. When the heather turns a beautiful shade of purple in August & September, I'm always desperate to get out to photograph these iconic birds. I also share tips and tricks for fieldcraft to photograph red grouse. This is my first time photographing these birds with the OM System 150-400mm F4.5 PRO, and I love how many different styles of photo I managed to achieve in one morning.
